My latest adventure to find the best healthy eating places in Glasgow took me to Naked Soup. This Tik Tok famous cafe is a gem for anyone craving a warm, nourishing meal. Quickly gained popularity among health enthusiasts, this cozy spot offers a variety of soups catering to diverse tastes and dietary needs.

Naked soup is a daytime café which evolves into an evening bar that sells alcohol. The café has started doing pop-up supper clubs which have been growing in popularity with their latest one being a Sunday Roast Dinner in August. However, these sell out quickly, so don’t hang about when booking a spot.

The concept is straightforward: choose from an array of freshly made soups all crafted from wholesome ingredients. Whether you are in the mood for a classic tomato and basil, a spicy Thai coconut, a hearty lentil or vegetable blend, Naked Soup has you covered. They are also famous for their delicious bagels with a variety of toppings available. Each bowl is brimming with vibrant flavours and nourishing components making it the perfect meal for Autumn and Wintertime by providing a comforting experience.
