Juicy Salad Bar

My next location is Juicy Salad Bar. If you’re on the hunt for a fresh and satisfying meal look no further than the Juicy Salad Bar. This salad bar has quickly become a firm favourite for food lovers, offering a variety of ingredients that cater to every taste.

The concept is simple: start with a base of fresh greens or a bed of rice and build your salad from there. With an impressive selection of toppings including ripe avocados, colourful bell peppers, crunchy cucumbers and cherry tomatoes you can create a salad that not only looks good but tastes amazing. There are different options other than salads, such as avocado toast, juices, and acai bowls.

All ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible ensuring that you are enjoying the freshest produce available. For those with specific dietary needs there are a range of choices including vegan, gluten-free and even protein-packed toppings like grilled chicken and chickpeas. Juicy Salad Bar has a great selection of house-made dressings, from zesty lemon vinaigrette to creamy avocado ranch allowing you to personalize your salad.

The atmosphere is bright and welcoming making it the perfect spot to enjoy a nutritious meal. I ordered a salad with hummus, potato salad, pickled cabbage, chickpeas, carrots and a Korean barbecue sauce. The salad was delicious, it cost just under £10 (which is quite expensive, but worth it in my opinion). There are two different locations for the salad bars: Byres Road and Braehead Shopping Centre. I visited the Byres Road branch and the staff were friendly and efficient. Juicys’ mission is to “inspire people to achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle” and it does so exceptionally well as a fast food choice. So next time you’re craving something healthy yet delicious, head to Juicy Salad Bar and treat yourself to a salad!
